Electronic City Income Tax Withholding Now Available

Employees are now able to initiate or change their city income tax elections electronically through the EBS Portal. If you are a resident of or work in a city that imposes an income tax, you are required to register to withhold city work location taxes. You can complete this process in EBS by selecting the W-4 Tax Withholding tile. See the City Income Tax Withholding Guide for detailed instructions.
